MeLiNS Associates Limited is a forward-thinking construction and engineering firm, officially established in 2019 — building on seven years of operations as ROSTRUC Consult Ltd. From day one, the firm has harnessed BIM technology and emphasised economic, sustainable, and constructability factors to deliver optimal design and construction solutions.

MeLiNS has utilised BIM since 2012, adopting Autodesk Revit and digital workflows including DynamoBIM and pyRevit to streamline production time and enhance consistency. Today, BIM forms the backbone of our construction operations — guiding everything from quantity takeoffs and scheduling to procurement and clash detection.
